Nigerian pop star Iyanya has spoken from his heart on the type of woman he fancies and, if anything, it has got the fans wondering if they will hear the wedding bells ring soon. The Triple MG singer made his desire public in the video for his new song Type Of Woman, a pop song with funky beats and heavy hip hop influence. Directed by Megaboi, Type Of Woman sees the singer playing around with a sexy lady as he sings: 

“Feeling so cold, nobody to fix me up, 

“I found sweet verses in your lips… 


“Why don’t you give me more, baby make we get more love… come closer, you’re my type of woman…”

If the lines in the song are anything to go by then it means the singer might be speaking to his significant other in Type Of Woman. Iyanya is one of Nigeria’s most eligible men in the entertainment industry and it is understandable the amount of attention he enjoys whenever he makes romantic gestures of this kind. 

In February 2016, the Kukere singer spoke to Punch on plans to settle down this year even though he stated that he was never making details of his marriage plans public. 

The 29-year-old singer said in the Punch interview: “I am making plans to do all that but I don’t think I would want people to know anything about it. I will not miss the single life. “The truth is that once it gets to the hands of the media, we both lose it.

Recall that on March 31, Nigerian R&B star Timi Dakolo celebrated his fourth wedding anniversary with his wife Busola Dakolo with the song The Vow, among other things like a trip to Dubai and lots more.
